Shredded Chicken

As some of you may already now, I am addicted to Pinterest. It is my go to place to find recipe, crafting, and art ideas. There have been many times while scrolling through the pins that I am compelled to try things and those that work I repin to my "Made it! Got it!" board. This newly found pin (original post can be found here) is going to revolutionalize my summer cooking!

I placed a cooked chicken breast into my KitchenAid mixer with the paddle attachment. Turned it up to 4. Approximately 45 seconds later, Voila!

 I have several recipes that call from shredded chicken, but dread doing it. I found this crowd pleaser this past New Year's and made both variations. Now I don't have to wait for my mom to be here to shred the chicken for me ;) Now I know what I'm making for the 4th of July as an appetizer.
