The raised box garden is growing quite nicely. It has become part of my daily routine to get all the little people ready and once they are at school I head into the backyard to water and weed. Here are some pictures of all the progress that has been made.

Bamboo supports for peas and cucumbers |
Peas and their tendrils are starting to climb |
Rows of carrots |
Cucumber teepee |
In the first box, I've had some success with plants and seeds that I planted. Some of the pea seeds did not emerge and I have yet to see the thyme. The dill and carrots are sprouting and I can fianlly discern between them and weeds.
Tomatoes |
Tomato blossom |
Cilantro |
Basil |
The next garden box, is just tomato plants with rows of cilantro and basil.
Spinach |
Eggplant blossom |
Bell Pepper blossoms |
Zucchini |
The third box, is some mixed outcome. The spinach seeds have sprouted, the eggplant and bell pepper plants are blossoming. The squash plant is growing, but so far no blossoms and the leaves are yellowing. No sightings of parsley, yet.
Broccoli |
Onions |
The fourth box, is broccoli and onions . All have emerged where they were planted. However, the chives and oregano have not made themselves visible.

Lavender or Weeds? |
Lastly, I have two hanging baskets that are designated to lavender. I have a variety of sprouts that have emerged, but I can't figure out which are the flowers and which are weeds. Maybe, in the next week, I can.
