Happy Cinco De Mayo!

I've been busy C.R.A.F.T.ing today. To celebrate I wanted to create a traditional Mexican circle skirt. After some online searching I found a pattern for a double circle skirt. 

It allows for a beautiful twirly whirly effect! I added a waistband with a tie instead of an elastic waitsband. 

Finally I added a double lace edging and top stitched ribbon in contrasting colors.
